Timetable

Sessions are all by appointments only. Please call or email us to make a booking. We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesday (evening), Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Existing Small Group clients can manage your bookings from here.

Before you begin your first session, you will need to go through an initial consultation (55 mins) or a Starter Pack (90 mins). Please contact to schedule.

Private 1:1 : This is the most flexible option in terms of getting your preferred times and days.

Semi-Private 2:1: This is the next flexible option coordinating with the other client whom may be your partner, family member or best mate or even if you just want to workout with someone you may not know.

Small Group: There will only be a maximum of 4 participants in these small group sessions. Each of you will have your own individually tailored Pilates programs in which I will make my rounds to each participant. More group sessions will be created when there is enough demand.
