Session Types

Hi-Life Pilates is a home studio that offers convenience and comfort of private or small group sessions. There will be a mix of Mat and equipment Pilates (like Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel). I am here to develop a customised Pilates program for you, whether it is for general fitness, working through injuries or strengthening and re-training the muscles to function how and when you need them (clinical Pilates) or for pre / post pregnancy (pre/post natal Pilates).

You’ll need to go through an Initial Consultation or Starter Pack before you can attend your customised Pilates session. You can select a Private, Semi-Private or a Small Group session.

Initial Consultation: This is conducted before we begin your first session. I’ll take the time to get to know you, your relevant medical conditions and what you need for optimum function, form and fitness. We get to know what your body has been through, your motivations, what will be your small wins, your short as well as long-term goals. Through your initial consultation, I’ll design a personalised program to help you achieve success. This consultation takes about 55 minutes and is by appointment only.

Starter Pack: This is a value starter pack that includes an initial consultation and a one-on-one session in which we’ll go through some basic moves to help you get started. This orientation and assessment is 90 minutes and is by appointment only.

Private 1:1 : You will work with an instructor one on one. You will get individual attention and guidance from your instructor so that you will be able to understand and fine tune the technique fully as well as execute the exercises correctly and gain the maximum benefit from each exercise.

Semi-Private 2:1: This will be great when you want to share your session with your partner, family member or best mate. The price for these sessions is the same whether one or two people turn up to your booked in semi-private session.

Small Group: There will only be a maximum of 4 participants in these small group sessions. Each of you will have your own individually tailored Pilates programs in which the instructor will make her rounds to each participant. You can get to meet and know others who enjoy and share the many benefits of Pilates. If you can get another 3 friends or family members, you can also set up your Small Group session at your preferred time and days.
